I will continue to maintain her homepage in the hopes that turners and art lovers alike will enjoy the creativity she had to share with the world. Each masterpiece is created from start to finish by Lissi Øland. A piece can take anywhere from a week to several months to complete. I create small and large scale wooden bowls, vases, boxes, plates and decorative objects. Each of our One-of-a-Kind pieces is treated with Mineral Oil/White oil or a combination of Mineral Oil and Beeswax. All the pieces are food safe, should you want to use them for serving.
At the Turnings page you will see a selection of pieces that are available to purchase. This availability does change quickly so please contact us directly if you are interested in a specific piece.
Øland Craft was started in 1974 by Knud and Lissi Øland and was originally located in Brasstown, N.C. USA
